a)   PA12/09452.  Retention and repositioning of a solar photovoltaic array and associated equipment with a maximum array height of 2.6 m and a maximum installed capacity of 50 kW.  Repositioning from previous successful planning:  PA11/08276.  Higher Brynn Farm Roche St. Austell PL26 8LH.

Please note that for the following applications, only No.08675 has had planning permission for B1 use.  These applications are retrospective.

b)   PA12/08673.  Retention of part light industrial B1(c) use class and retention [previously ‘change of use’] of part to retail A1 use class | Higher Brynn Farm Roche St. Austell PL26 8L.
