Licensing Act 2003
We (Withiel Playing Field Association) give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Withiel Village Hall, Withiel PL 30 5NN.
The application is to:
Obtain a Premises License for the sale and consumption of intoxicants at Withiel Village Hall to allow the supply and consumption of intoxicants, plays, films, indoor sporting events, live and recorded music, the performance of dance, organised parties and live entertainment
Any interested party or responsible authority wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to
Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Higher Trenant Road, Wadebridge, PL27 6TW
not later than 14th August 2013
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000
