9/17 Neighbourhood Development Plan.

To receive a report from recent steering group meetings.

10/17 To discuss the Tour of Britain cycle race with reference to Helston Town Cllr David Potters correspondence. (See attached letter)   TofB -Town and Parish Letter

11/17 Cornwall Local Councils Pre Application Planning Protocol.

To consider and if agreed, resolve to adopt the three part document containing the following :

i) Pre Application Agreement – this outlines the roles of each of the parties involved in the planning process. If adopted this agreement, will define WPC’s role and our requirements of the applicant. It also defines the role of the planning authority in supporting WPC through this process.  pre-app-protocol-agreement-v2
