St Austell Torchlight Carnival

St. Austell Torchlight Carnival daytime events begin in the town with free entertainment, traders/charity stalls etc. Free SWAMP Circus and Big Beat Junk Band Workshops. Torchlight Carnival entries assemble from 4.30 pm at John Keay House the procession moves off at 6pm, ending at One Stop Shop for big cash prizes. Spectacular lanterns, samba bands and colourful floats make this a party to remember. The procession ends at St. Austell’s One Stop Shop at approximately 8 pm Entry into the procession is free and everyone is welcome to join in this spectacular community event.
Free entertainment all day in the town centre. Carnival entries assemble from 4.30 pm at John Keay House, Cornwall College, St. Austell. Procession moves off at 6pm and winds it’s way down through the town ending at the One Stop Shop at approx. 8pm.
