It is hereby notified that the Annual General Meeting of the Withiel Playing Fields Association, Registered Charity Number 801012 (The management committee for Withiel Village Hall), will take place at 7pm on Wednesday 24th April 2024 in Withiel Village Hall.
Under the Association’s Trust Deed, Paragraph 11. (2)
All inhabitants of the area of benefit of eighteen years of age and onwards shall be entitled to attend and vote at the annual general meeting.
In order to prevent any delays in the meetings proceedings, would all those wishing to attend and vote at the annual general meeting and residing in the area of benefit, please email the Secretary at stephenhorrocks574@gmail.com with their address details by Wednesday 17th April 2024.
