Withiel Parish is greatly saddened by the news of the death of

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
21 April 1926 – 8 September 2022

We would like to acknowledged her irreplaceable role in the life of the nation and in the hearts of the people of Britain. She performed her duties as sovereign with remarkable grace, humility and keen diplomacy, and in so doing, touched the lives of many in the parish and gained the admiration of many around the world.

The parish offers its sincerest condolences to her family and His Majesty King Charles III.
